Hello friends of Steemit

Though is that I'm not the only doctor in Steemit, I start to tell you that I am, my primary interest will just take my profession tools to develop on this platform.

Let's start at the beginning, my name is Raúl García, Venezuela's 39 years old, married with 2 beautiful daughters, doctor graduated from the Universidad de los Andes as 2004, year that has begun this extraordinary adventure of helping restore the health of others.

On this track to be physician I have been growing in knowledge and experience, and one of those things that only experience teaches you is to know precisely answer your patients in the best way, have the response that can be understood without the technical of our language It is also important, but for whom we treat with patients not to mention clear sometimes represents more obstacles in a way full of stones.

Then the years passed not in vain and in 2012 I got my specialty in clinical cardiology, why now should talk to my patients on the heart and their diseases. Then get the time I learn just like I could prove that each patient could clearly understand in daily practice of inquiry what to my me cost three years of long nights in a hospital far from the normal life of the majority of people and my family It was almost like being isolated in a monastery.

So the first thing I did was know was what most asked, then I discovered as respond to most and feel like so many medications and treatments did not have that be a punishment or conviction, but on the other hand, could be something that could enable them to have more life and more quality of life.

Then came the moment that felt that only in my query locked could not do much of both the world allowed me to do, there appear the social networks in my history. First Twitter, then Instagram, Facebook and now Steemit. All with a single purpose. Explain how easy that is to prevent cardiovascular diseases, main cause of death in our countries.

I hope that chance to tell you many things which are that they may be useful to you or your family. Teaching how to prevent is for me is very gratifying. Thank you Steemit for allowing me to be here.

1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.

Asi es @anayesli. Hacemos un esfuerzo grande, pero mientras este aqui en mi tierra, pondre todo mi cariño para que la gente se sienta reconfortada. Nunca pense lo duro que seria ver sufrir tanta gente por falta de medicamentos, definitivamente eso no estaba en mis planes, pero aqui estamos por ahora.
