Hello and greetings to all, I had a great time without publishing anything in the community @ Steemit I hope you like my work, if so you would help me a lot if you share it.
This work is my first wood carving, the technique I learned watching tutorials by @Youtube the materials are a piece of a tree that I found lying around I took it and fix it to my liking, usually for the technique of carving It requires a very soft and easy-to-cut wood, with sharp blades and gouges.
The wood for carving is of great importance, since this noble material will depend on the durability, finish and final form of the work.
The materials used are soft wood, gouges of various sizes, carving blades, cutter, sandpaper, press type sergeant, pencil, tape measure, and paint.
To begin, the wood should be fixed, mark with the graphite pencil the shape of the design or shape that you want to make, then begin to carve and shape and detail little by little.
Go removing material and even give the desired shape.
