I agree with Luke on this; SBD is just broken, and morphed into something it was never intended to be. SBD can be really useful for STEEM adoption worldwide, but most people don't understand the economics involved in "why". I guess mostly for retail adoption as a POS currency to be accepted directly, SBD can be very valuable to retailers that absolutely have to make a profit and can't speculate. As that adoption escalates, so does the value of STEEM. The worst thing about SBD, is explaining it to people!
