This article only scraped dreams on the surface. Dreams are much deeper than this article suggests.

If you have heard about spirituality but always waved it away because it looks too much hokus polus and religious, then think again. And give spirituality a chance.

What happens when you dream is: Your astral body leaves your physical body and enters another dimension. That's why you can fly around in the universe and even fly at the speed of light if you will. You can meet, talk and interact with other spirits in this dimension.

When in bed and you feel tired and know that you will probably fall asleep soon. Tell yourself that you will remember your dream when you wake up the next day. Say it like a mantra for a couple minutes. Try to make your subconscious really aware that you want to remember your dream when you wake up the next morning.

The next morning when you wake up, if you don't remember your dream, while still laying in your bed and before you start thinking about anything, try to focus on that dream-like state you were in during the night (even if you don't remember dreaming at all).

While trying to focus on the dream-like state, you can think "RAAAAAAOOOOOMMMMMM...GAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOMMMM" over and over. Or just focus intensely on the dream-like state like a meditation. Anything to not let your neocortex/monkey mind start bombarding you with thoughts. Because that will ruin your chance of getting a few frames from your dream into your mind.

When you remember your dream or parts of it. Write it down on a paper or on your computer. Then you can go back and read it any time, and always get images from the dream back into your head. Even if you thought you had forgotten about the dream.
