It helps to have passion in business, otherwise you'll want to quit and it is best to work on what you love and what you have a passion with. When you have passion and are competent you can work on your business easier and are willing to put more energy and effort into everything you do. Focus stems from competence, which stems from passion.
Focus allows you to achieve what you want to achieve. You need as much passion as you need to get the job done. There is no right or wrong answer, but only your performance and your results. But passion will carry you through the good and the bad times.
The passion that created your vision will carry you through and help you to grow the business and fulfil your vision.

I'm passionate about creating a better world with my business. Therefore I finally kicked my ass after I listened to your podcast and made a daily schedule for the next 4 weeks in order to spare at least 2 hours for it.
