Great to hear Alex's journey - I also have had some experiences similar to his with my brain - although I have never got to using the MSM I have in the cupboard.. So maybe I'll play with that soon ;)

I did know about it and had a bag of it in my cupboard, but just never used it. I just tried a few grams and will continue to see how it works out. I already remove fluoride from my drinking water - so it's possible the MSM will work quickly.
