I also like that users with no interest in cashing out money through exchanges could use their steem dollars and steem to purchase real goods. So if you blog post made you $300 and you wanted to buy an ipod, you wouldn't even need to worry about getting fiat money if someone was selling.
I liked what you added to my own article, and the addition of reputation should keep sellers from abusing the system (especially sellers with high reputation)
