The Founder

I'm lovin it. One of the most iconic brands in the whole world. You know what it is immediately when you hear it. I loved this movie, because say something he loved and escalated it. He saw potential and maximized it. This change also changed America. This created a way for many of other fast food restaurants to be able to open. I found this movie funny, because most of my story last week was how people are terrible and are scared of change. I wrote most of it on that alone, but in this weeks movie there was a huge change and people tried it out. When you see a place that can have your food out this fast you need to question a lot of stuff. Is it real? How is it even possible?

You would want to question the authenticity of it all. It was something that seemed impossible, but it wasn't and people were willing to try it. Another thing I loved about Ray is how he used how much the brothers loved their idea and product to weasel his way into the company just to see this out to its full potential. He had to get involved somehow and he made it happen. I also loved how he decided to get rid of the rich franchise owners. Instead he got normal people who worked hard. People with ambition. I realize when you pick these people you would want people who have done it before. I mean every company would do what he did at first. The route he took is what he needed to make his company reach full potential. I have never heard of someone doing this, so I found it very interesting. I always talk about this, but it pops up again. That is adversity. He had to deal with the brothers the whole time. He couldn't just ignore them either he had to deal with them. He was worried about furthering the company, but the brothers were fine with were it was and were scared to change to much. He had to find new ways ad way around to still progress the company and he did. Now the big part of it. You need to protect yourself when bringing in other parties into your company. My favorite movie about this stuff is the social network. The whole movie is basically about Mark Zuckerberg screwing people over to make facebook. First the 3 people who asked him to program it for them and him just going off on his own with it. Then his best friend, the guy who gave him all the money to start the company, he tricked him into signing away most of his shares in the company. So like I am saying protect yourself. Ray got the brothers to agree on something by a handshake. Never agree to something that isn't on paper. They had absolutely no proof of what happened. It was just so stupid. My friend and I always joke about this scenario if we ever started a business. Ray did a great job of reaching the full potential of McDonalds and the brothers did not do a good job of covering themselves.
