He started his lecture with the potential of the NE Region of India and## NE youth. The North Eastern Region of India is blessed with infinite natural resources for industrial development, he emphasized that this region is also emerging as a strong consumer market. However ,despite its multiple avenues of growth the region has not progressed on account of certain challenges such as , difficult geographical trrain ,turbulent political environment and insurgency ,poor infrastructure –all resulting unemployment , meager standard of living and wide scale migration to the mainland india . he also emphasized on sustainable growth and many others……
#Prof. haldar started his speech with serious key notes so the entire hall was engrossed in his speech and the environment was fully serious and business friendly he told about lagging in our education system , and cons of parrot learning now a days most of the students are doing same strategy they are afraid of failure , according to him failure gives us lesions ,we should nurture our ideas there is no age for innovation , if we are engrossed on good idea we should nurture it !he explained everything in lucid way ,
#Prof. Vijay kapur entered the hall in very attractive manner by stating that failure is the fertilizer for success , his charismatic personality and interactive session was awesome , he said that today, not only in India but also across the globe , entrepreneurship is emerging as the most powerful mechanism to ensure progress, entrepreneurship begets innovation and triumph over all things . The young India is poised to lead the world and at a time so favorable for setting up new ventures in the country. Youth are the torchbearers of New India and form the major segment of the population. he also asked us to do the things which we love or cherish in our life ,we must love whatever we do if we want happiness we should come out of our comfort zone , according to him people who are crazy enough to think can change the world .
#C R Pattanaik was man with good sense of humor
he started his session with some jokes , and story he put forward the problem of demarcation between the haves and haven’t classes in India and also emphasized that Entrepreneur are directly responsible for growth of an Economy. He was man with store house of knowledge and exuberance , he quoted Famous Economist thought “Users must pay for their service ,nothing comes free in this world” he added that common sense is the most important ingredient for innovation .
Young minds form easy moulds . Most of the Indian education system operates on this theory .
Then we had a session with Zaveer sir , who was with his youth power and full of enthusiasm , he explained us about venture capital, and funding
And in this way the day of knowledge exploring ended , and this was indeed awesome
And at last i would like to share video on the entreprenurship and its future
Good initiative. You are being educated not for employment but to be employers and have more impact on your country and the world.
