Without fail, everyday some poorly educated person has stopped and dumped empty alcohol cans, cigarette butts and other trash, when there are council serviced green bins in nearby parks.
This is indicative of the thoughtless Throwaway Society - not a "society” at all, but a random collection of individuals who do not consider their fellow citizens, or how they influence their own children.
If we want to clean up this planet then we must have our governments, industry and individual citizens to set out guidelines of personal and social behaviour to address these issues.
