What platform/browser were you testing on? First time anyone mentioned the account keys did not hold in local device. The site usually puts a notice bar above the content "Message: Saved".
Thank you for the detailed feedback.

Just to clarify, keys where persistent through the session, my issue is for future post instances that I need to re-enter all my keys again. That is why I questioned if there were plans for a single sign-on option. I know this would require keys to be stored somewhere and added security issues on your end, but if the ultimate goal is to get people to use it and cross post, you need to make it as easy as posting to Steemit as a barometer to get buy in.
I just went to look again and do see the "Message: Saved" for keys, but do not get it when saving drafts.
I'm not trying to nit pick, but I have seen too many projects not reach their potential or fail due to poor usability. I want to see this be successful, but functionality is not good enough for users to buy in, it needs to be easy to use.

Interesting, it keeps the keys for me (locally), but I ran into other issues myself trying to post to all 3 at the same time.
Thank you for all your feedback, it will definitely help the team.
The keys are persistent as long as the cache isn't cleared. If your browser clears cache every time you close it then you will need to re-enter all the keys again
