Reminder to Update Exodus and Register your EOS tokens! You must have fifty cents or so worth of Ethereum to do registration, so use your SBD & Blocktrades to get some ETH from your steem wallet

Here we can see that Exodus has given me a Nice little reminder to register my EOS tokens, which I have done and have checked on https://eosauthority.com

To double check your EOS addresses and see the placeholder EOS name you have been assigned, make sure you go double check your Ethereum EOS registered Address for your erc20 tokens here on this site https://eosauthority.com/

Also I wanted to show you also that on Exodus Wallet you can no longer buy or sell EOS (and a few other ERc20s) due to regulatory concerns so the Shapeshift function doesnt workj unless you have a VPN. You can still send and recieve the EOS tokens but this is a very nerve racking move and for us Americans basically now when we want to sell EOS we need to send it from Exodus to Binance or Bitshares and sell it for BTC, BTS, or now on Binance BNB or even USDT which is great to have the option to sell our EOS directly for USD Tether so we can sell EOS direct for US dollars and cash out digitally on a peak price we like, to wait for a dip to get back in without needing to go from BTC to USDT so the Binance option for holding EOS seems more and more attractive :D I just like holding my own keys!

https://support.exodus.io/article/713-why-are-certain-assets-no-longer-available-for-exchange-in-exodus

But It is OK and they reassure us we still have full control of our EOS tokens, the ability to buy or sell EOS for other coins was always just an extra feature that they can turn on or off at their discretion, we can always still buy ro sell your EOS at Binance or Bitshares

As you can see here, EOS is still trading on Bitshares or Openledger available here https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/market/OPEN.EOS_BTS

And I am pretty sure that just like with the EOSdac airdrop (Which i already got for my open.EOS tokens on Bitshares) I expect to see open.EOS trades shut down for the EOS main net launch and re enabled once the Main Net EOS tokens are all swapped out. I believe in this technology and I feel that Bitshares should have very little problems switching their open.EOS over from erc20 to the main net because they never had to deal with the erc20 tokens on bitshares but still, it is a bit complicated but let's all hope that @dan Larimer designed all of his stuff to work together well :D I just enjoy using Dan's creation Steem to earn crypto to buy tokens for his other newest creation EOS, and I buy them on his FIRST creation called Bitshares!

Also you can sell your EOS on Binance (Here is my referral Link) https://www.binance.com/?ref=12761991 and on Binance you just have to go here to sell EOS for Bitcoin (Binance also lets you sell EOS for USDT a nice option for trading through the volatility as a way to sell your eos for dollars and keep your money even if Bitcoin drops) (Oh and Bittrex also has a Non Tether USD option for BTC now also!)

https://medium.com/binanceexchange/binance-dexathon-845dc0cbfffe
Also you can see that Binance is opening up a Dexathon a hackathon for their decentralized exchange they are planning for EOS like Bitfinex is planning EOSfinex for EOS decentralized mega exchange! Its going to be HUGE!

So Thanks for reading and getr ready for your EOS launch snapshot June 1st thats 1 day then launch the next day june 2nd so REGISTER and DOUBLE CHECK your registered addresses on https://EOSauthority.com and do not give your private keys to ANYONE wait for a big whale to post the OFFICIAL eos.io system before you give ANYONE your private keys! just WAIt dont even post your private keys to a site that LOOKS like it is eos.io just WAIT just WAIT to get confirmation from someone with MORE EOS than you! Just WAIT and NEVER give your Private keys for EOS to ANYONE no matter HOW official the website looks! be careful and REGISTER your tokens on exodus! Upgrade to newest version here https://exodus.io/releases/ and then go to Help> Scroll to bottom and click on "How do I register my EOS " and you will see the Register Button and you WILL need maybe 50 cents to $1 worth of Ethereum so make sure you send Ethereum to that same EOS address (all your ethereum addresses are the same)

So make sure you have a lil eth in that exodus wallet and REALLY remember to REGISTER that EOS if youre using Exodus, ledger, trezzor or whatever wallet that has your own private keys, and if you are one of the people I sent 1 EOS to and had download exodus, you MUST upgrade and register One button Exodus EOS registration) and if you dont you may end up loosing the funds, you NEED to get Main net EOS tokens, those erc20s will be worthless after EOSmainnet launches unless they have a way to prove you were supposed to have some tokens, but after they freeze the tokens they may end up helping those that did not register but do NOT count on it! These erc20s will be FROZEN so you NEED to register to get the EOS main net tokens which is what you want, the erc20s are just IOUs so make sure you get those EOS tokens registered!

Thanks for this awareness and, before exactly i was unaware about the transaction fees and after trying to register it's asked for Etherium then i sent SBD to Blocktrades to get some Etherium then I've completed my registration. Keep sharing informative stuff. 🙂

Very Well written instructions for the EOS start. Appreciate it, now lets go Get Rich with more Dan Larimer products................
