EOS is up formidably this evening, and the reason could very well be that the creator Dan Larimer (Steem, Bitshares) proposes a fundamental restructuring of EOS.

A lot of people have complained about the governance model of EOS, and Dan Larimer proposed to scrap it in a recent discussion on EOSIO Gov Telegram Channel.
Larimer said that he plans to release a draft of his proposed constitution in the near future, but though the response to his proposal has been largely positive on EOS social media channels, it is not clear how quickly the changes would be implemented.

EOS is not very user-friendly so far. I took the afternoon to only set the Scatter browser extension and create my user account!
