For the regular people there are two interface-based voting options:
Greymass, which is an all in one voting tool and wallet which can run locally, here’s a walkthrough from them here:

It’s similar to Metamask, but for EOS. You can also enter your private key offline before connecting to the network. The correct mainnet node address on Scatter is: 185.109.149.236:8888
