Another correction:
It's no longer enough to just create keys and assign them in contract.
You have to create a named account for those public keys like following example:
cleos create account eosio constantine EOS8bmPFGiasBZLLdTNztq11xkrCqhPoEvaLMxkx7ZybQoeb81i3j EOS8bmPFGiasBZLLdTNztq11xkrCqhPoEvaLMxkx7ZybQoeb81i3j
