There's no exchange to buy or sell eos ram, the eos ram market is part of eos itself, you send a command to eos to buy and sell and it will do it at the current market price determined by the bancor algorithm.
well am sure there will be a whole market for accounts with their RAM included or account creation with delegated RAM transfered.
