How can we convert EOS tokens into Ether??( Need Help!)

i have just purchased few EOS tokens but i still have doubts about its operationality and reliability.
The real question is that if I claim token, then how can i get back it into ether but not in eos token format? I hope you get the question what exactly i want to know. And also how can we use these tokens in real life.

please guys help me out of this chaotic situation . I might sound like a noob but i am really passionate to know about these stuffs and workings.Comment in reply box!!
