Happened to me a few times, Select the swirly icon (top left) and select the main network again.

today can't even connect to it !
But any way can't load :

If you're really obsessed about this I guess you'd find some time. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Just install geth and let it running all night in order for it to download the full blockchaIn.
Try to reinstall the metamask and make sure you remember that secret words so you can log back in safely.
Did like you told me, nothing helps.
