Is there is guide how to Vote using EOS CLI ?

Is main net launch getting ready i want to create simple Qt for voting on EOS using Linux.
So i need to find how are right way to do it from EOS CLI then i will make easy to use Qt GUI app for linux
and this will be the most secure way for voting.App will be open source for shure
