While this sounds great, I only wish that a country like India doesn't declare cryptocurrencies illegal.
The central banking institution asks people to stay away, and we don't have a regulatory body as such till the government decides what to do. Sigh!

It is a demonstrable fact that making desirable things illegal creates black markets. India, and all present governments, are incapable of persisting due to their inability to create actual voluntary agreements that are enforceable.

In time, this will change, and perhaps this constitution will be significant in effecting that change.

Yes, hope sustains the future. As you said, black markets will thrive if the government does not give their nod. Waiting for positive outcome.
