RE: Say No to FOMO. EOS ICO: A Call to Rationality

in #eos7 years ago

Wow man, that's kind of harsh. I don't think what I wrote was nonsense as I tried to explain my reasoning as best I can. I don't have a crystal ball.

$10 is just a random number example. The price could end up lower or higher.

I didn't give a specific price prediction. My thoughts on this have more to do with the long-term price of EOS throughout the entire ICO window. If buying at $0.8253 or $1.5816 today is a great buy and this is the lowest price we'll ever see, then I'm definitely and completely wrong which will be a bummer for me since I really want to end this year with as much EOS as possible.

If, on the other hand, the price is much lower 6 months from now, then what I wrote still holds and it's better to wait unless someone wants to play the day trader game of buying now, selling higher and then buying lower.

Yeah. You are right. Sorry :( I guess it was something personal related to the Ico, not to you.
I knew it will be like this, because of the Chinese market. I know its dynamics. I am a trader. The calculation would have worked if exchanges like Yunbi wouldn t have been involved.
Today Window 3, 12 hours to go. Price? $ 1.16 It was .87 cents in the first one. But I do apologize for the language in the first comment. I deleted the last part :)

Thanks for the edit and apology. :)

I want to get myself a lot of EOS... I'll be really surprised if this buying sustains itself for 300+ days... but who knows. I'd rather have EOS than ETH and ETH is going for a lot more than $1.16 so what do I know. Maybe I should be FOMO buying like everyone else.
