By request from one of you dear viewers I have put together this presentation to explain the difference between Active and Owner keys that are used by your EOS account and how changing them can improve security.

Great overview, Chris. I think you hit the nail on the head, even if it was just an in-the-moment realization. This stuff is hard and complicated. Mass adoption will not happen until there are easy/braindead workflows that people can follow to have reasonable security of their crypto.

Great overview on EOS wallet, for someone who soon will be adopting this token.

Looking forward to other videoa related this subject.

Thanks for the EOS lesson CC.. I still find a kind of hard to work with EOS ...

Great update. Improvements in security are important (news).

Is eCAF still an option for recovering accounts?

For those really concerned about losing their EOS, a new about isn't very hard to make and you can test changing these keys on a separate account

Great content.

Interesting to see how it has evolved from BitShares and Steem but many believe EOS was the innovator in this aspect. Shows how the ecosystem will continue to iterate and evolve to adapt to changes and growth!

Thanks for answering the question I asked in a dedicated video.

You have shown me just enough to confirm that I'm never going to do it. I like understanding how something is possible. Most of the time, I'm confident that I can follow your videos and in real life, take the actions described. Best example was claiming BCH on nano s. But whether I have a mental block or just lack the intelligence to manage the data, either way, I've given myself permission to stop worrying about it. I think of myself as a mini-barometer of crypto adoption. If I care and am still too scared to do it, then it's not a welcoming sign to encourage those who are not interested that they should give it a try.

This stuff needs to happen and the sooner the better. Only tech savvy folks really have the trust necessary to participate.

Hello, please...I'm a crypto amateur, and I know my question may be kind of off topic. Can you recommend any EOS wallet platforn? I've been looking go own one,but reviews I see online about most aren't encouraging.
