I see that you are trying to help people. I have been following this on EOS 911 but my question is as follows. How do you know these accounts were actually hacked or the people involved are telling the truth ? What if you freeze the wrong account ?

Sort:  

They have to provide proof that they owned the tokens and go through an arbitration process with vetted professionals. This is a painstaking process that watches for that type of stuff.

For the moment I don't see how can this be done properly. Any more references?

And where is the information regarding the process?
