Just look at this ugly last canvas. 163,423.5642 EOS was spent making this. Some people got lucky at the end and made some money but I think most lost out. Unsurprisingly, the people that gambled on yesterday being the last day now think they're smart and the rest of us think they're just lucky :) It didn't look like it had ended. I was watching live at midnight UTC time and the pot limit for the day was reached and a new one set for the next 24 hours. Then that vanished and the word "Ended" appeared. It had been close to ending for several days prior to this.
There's talk of doing this again but I think it was just a gimmick and I don't like how the rules were changed. I wont take part in it again. A few whales had total control at the end, they probably chose to end the game, as it would of been easy for them to keep it going. I did learn a lot about EOS but that wasn't all positive either. Having to buy ram and get emergency cpu after doing just a few transactions a day was annoying. It's not a lot different to using steem here, now we have the RC levels but I find that more intuitive. Are the masses going to want to learn how ram, cpu and network work? Perhaps EOS can simplify it but I'm not sure why they wouldn't of done that already?
You just planted 0.10 tree(s)!
