Filecoin will not be necessary, EOS.IO Storage will be cheaper and easier to use and achieve the same effective result with greater access.
My thoughts exactly (about Filecoin and EOS.IO)
Nevertheless we have only Steem for now :)
For the last month, I was focusing on what is needed for DTube to be as performant now, as it could be if based on EOS.IO when it goes life.
My answer is infrastructure, with the can of worms that comes with it. ( business , legal, etc.)
Decentralized media is hard from a legal standpoint and we should have a solution if we want for DTube (or another service like it) to become mainstream.
Yeah, until @dan gives up because he realized he built another piece of shit that doesn't scale...
