Kastamonu is located on the border of Muratbasi Village of Pınarbaşı district. The town center is 26 km away. Valla Canyon is to start from the place where the stream is connected with Kanlıçay. There is a stable road from Muratbasi Village to Valla District. Approximately 1.5 km from the Valla quarter is followed by a path in the forest. The disappearance of four students in the canyon in 1994 and the appearance of Cide in 14 days later caused this canyon to be referred to as a wild paradise and to have many visits.
