just a simple question, which one is way better between the surface pro 4 and the ipad pro 10.5?. i would really love to hear the answer but please don't tell me that both of it are awesome :D
if i'm right there's an issues with the surface pro pen, a jitter? but yeah as a beginner, i want to know the answer from the real illustrator XD
It is really hard to tell what will be better for you. Depending on your style of work and type of work. iPad Pro is a fast started and Procreate application is much easier to learn. It imitates real matearials very well and the Apple Pencil is just awesome but all this is on iOS which is not an OS if you know what I mean (iOS limitations).
Surface Pro 4 is on Windows 10 and it is fully functional PC. You can even play PC games there and I love the design of it so much. But less battery friendly and yes there is some small pen jitter. It is not bad. I am working on the Surface for 2 years and it's absolutely okay to draw there. If you choose Surface Pro 5 (2017) with new pen then you will not be able to draw there. There is a huge pen issues there (it's jumping like hell). But Surface Pro 5 with old Pro 4 pen is also okay.
For some reason that limitations on IOS are also made me thinking twice before purchasing their products, they even doesn't put a bluetooth and the external sd card, i don't know what's the benefit but in my perceptions it's hilarious. but for the apple pencil i guess it's a way better than the surface pro pen. on the other side, both of it has a good Pressure sencitivity level. i drew in a manga style using the medibang paint with a huion tablet for now (beginner level :P) but i can't wait longer to get one of that awesome brands
reaally thanks, that answer are really helpful, maybe now i could start to fight myself and make a decision on which one is the right chose for me XD. sorry for bothering you but i'll be back to disturb you again as soon as i already get my new drawing partner. Have a nice day dunsky :D
