Thanks for feedback, Are you using latest version from link on this post? We will ship out (announce) v2.2.0 in few days that has fixes for all crashes and refresh issues. Could you also mention Android version and device type, you can email to [email protected] if you don't want to share it here.

Installed the new app, seems to be working much better with steemconnect

Yes I am using latest version. I reinstalled the app but it was crashing. Now it's fine, but it does crash sometimes.

Have you tried installing from link shared on this post? If you report details of the crash, we will make sure to fix them before v2.2.0, we have already fixed majority of issues reported by our users. So be sure to let us know details to reproduce issue so we can address them 😉
