Cake shaker is used to whisk egg or butter with sugar until fluffy. The air bubbles inside the dough make the cake soft when cooked. The addition of vegetable or animal fats in the form of butter, margarine, coconut milk into the dough makes the cake's texture softer. Developmental chemicals such as baking soda, baking powder, tartar cream and emulsifiers are often added to the dough for better cake.
