_Lantas why we blame others who have different opinions, even creating hostility, strife, breaking up relationships etc ...?! _
One time Imam Malik delivered in the Majlis:

  • "Surely the fortune comes without cause, just by giving a right hand to God surely Allah will give sustenance. Do what is your part, then let God take care of others. "*
Against such a thing, Imam Shafi'i, the disciple had another opinion: "If a bird did not come out of its cage, how could he get sustenance".
    Each survives in his opinion.
Until one day while leaving his cottage, Imam Shafi'i saw a group of people harvesting grapes, and he then helped him.
When the work was completed, Imam Shafi'i was rewarded with a few ties of wine in return for his merit.
    Imam Shafi'i was very happy.
Not just because of getting wine, but the gift has strengthened his opinion.
If the bird does not fly out of the cage, how will it get sustenance.
If he didn't help harvesting, he would not get wine.
He rushed to see his teacher.
Then while putting all the wine he got, he also told the story that happened.
Imam Shafi'i slightly hardened in part of the sentence, * "If I did not go out and do something (by helping to harvest), of course the wine would never reach my hands." *
Hearing that Imam Malik smiled as he took the wine and tasted it.
    Imam Malik said,
  • "All day I did not come out. Just taking the teaching assignment as a teacher, and a little thinking how nice it would be if on this hot day I could enjoy wine. Then suddenly you come with a bunch of grapes for me. Isn't this also part of the sustenance that comes without cause. Enough with the right answer to God, surely Allah will give sustenance. Do what is your part, then let God take care of others. "*
Both people, a teacher and a student then laughed.
Two Imam Madzab who take two laws that are different from the same hadith.
  • Different views do not mean different paths / goals *
  • Different can mean mutual respect and support ... this is the difference that brings God's grace, not His curse. *
