Speaking openly about this kind of love in mundane circumstances is taboo - just think about that! You could feel love for a person in an instant, but if they are a stranger, to tell them you love them would be deemed insane. Think of how depraved a society has to be for love - the fundamental factor of life - to be scorned if demonstrated “out of turn”.
