Thanks @solominer! I usually write my posts first then copy over which works good for me. Pretty sure it's my meds mostly. I cut back and have noticed some improvement but I have more pain. I'm looking into alternative meds now. I'm suppose to talk to a surgeon next week but scared as heck to undergo another surgery especially after reading up more on the procedure. Just tired of fighting sometimes.

Well if its the meds, then finding the right ones for your body sounds important. Yeah surgeries should always be last resort.
