Cancer is one type of deadly disease that has resulted in many people died. Cancer can be prevented. Therefore, doing a healthy life to prevent cancer needs to be applied in everyday life. One way to prevent cancer is to eat healthy foods.

Healthy foods like green vegetables and fruits contain medicinal properties as an early prevention of cancer . Here are some types of healthy foods that can be believed to be an early prevention of cancer:

  1. Garlic
    Not only as a seasoning in every dish, garlic is also useful as a weapon for body armor because it contains high antioxidants . In addition to helping in killing tumor cells, garlic can also protect vulnerable body components of the cancer.
  2. Spinach
    Spinach is known to have carotenoids is very beneficial for the health of the body. Spinach also has medicinal properties to fight cancer.
  3. Berries
    Fruits that enter the berry family, such as blueberries , strawberries , and cherries contain lots of anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are compounds that help slow down the aging process, protect the body from heart disease and cancer.
  4. Chocolate
    In addition to the word can cause obesity, but chocolate turned out to be useful to prevent cancer. If you love chocolate, you should choose dark chocolate because it contains more antioxidants that can prevent you from cancer.
  5. Mushrooms
    Mushrooms also have properties to help boost immunity. Eating enough mushrooms can help you avoid cancer. Not only that, this fungus also works to inhibit the growth of malignant tumor cells.
  6. Oranges Citrus
    fruits also have cancer-fighting properties. Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C, beta carotene, and folic acid which helps in avoiding cancer.

    Some vegetables such as cauliflower , broccoli , and cabbage have indole 3 carbinol content that helps fight breast cancer. This type of vegetable is able to change the hormone estrogen (a hormone that accelerates the growth of cells that tend to become cancerous) into a protective hormone.

    drinks, especially green serves as an antioxidant body that can fight cancer. Not only does it warm up, green tea is also good for preventing bladder cancer, breast cancer, and skin cancer.
  9. Tomato

To eat tomatoes can be done by consuming it as fresh fruit directly or it could be in the form of tomato juice. Usefulness can be to prevent the occurrence of body cell damage, which is one cause of cancer.
