Now, the curry becomes trending topic of Aceh culinary hunting. Eungkot paya means brackish fish. Raw materials of this curry is one type of fish that usually live in rivers or freshwater swamps. Usually used fish cork or in Aceh language called eungkot bache. There are also using catfish called seungkoe, or sepat and kruep.
