Simple Hot Recipe Material
5 pounds of cow sausage, nicer jumbo sausage (German sausage), skewers using skewers
100 gr wheat flour
50 gr of cornstarch
150 g boiled potatoes (half-baked) are shaped in small dice form. More practical to use frozen fried potatoes.
1 btr chicken egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 ml of liquid milk or ice water
much oil for frying
Topping material
tomato sauce to taste
mayonnaise sauce to taste
How to Make Simple Hotang
Mixed wheat flour, cornstarch, salt, powdered broth, granulated sugar and baking powder. Stir well.
Add the eggs to the flour mixture. Add the liquid milk bit by bit while stirring until it forms a soft dough. The ideal dough texture is like trying to make a batter but a little more rigid so that the dough is easy to stick to the sausage and the potatoes easily stick to the dough. Now the dough is ready.
