Ingredients
Mouse stick, boil and drain - 200 grams
Chicken, diced - 100 grams
Meatballs, sliced - 6 eggs
Caisim, cut into pieces - 4 sticks
Garlic, roughly chopped - 3 cloves
Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Fish sauce - 1 tsp
Salted soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
Sauce Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Oil, for sauteing - to taste
Step
Heat some oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter chicken and meatballs. Stir until the chickens change color.
Enter caisim. Stir until the vegetables are half wilted.
Enter the noodle. Stir well.
Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and ground pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Enter the sesame oil. Stir quickly and then lift.
Ready to be served.
Tips
The stuffing can be replaced with various seafood according to taste.
If you want more spicy, pepper powder can be replaced or added with cayenne pepper.
