Recipe meat perkedel
Perkedel are side dishes of soto made from potato dough that is in the puree
If usually the cperkedel only so side dish soto, yellow rice, or rice paddies. Now make a 'next-level' cake that deserves to be the main side dish. That is by mixing ground meat into potato batter. Guaranteed, cakes will be selling well and run out in a flash!
Ingredients :
Potatoes, peeled and then washed - 500 grams
Meat, chopped - 300 grams
Garlic, fried then puree - 3 cloves
Fried onions - 1 tbsp
Leaves onion, sliced - 1 stalk
Celery, sliced - 3 sticks
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Powdered broth - 1/2 tsp
Right amount of oil
Coatings:
Egg - 1 egg
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Step :
Cut the potatoes and then fry them in hot oil until done. Remove and drain, then puree. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute the minced meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until it changes color and matures. Lift and set aside.
In the container, mix fine potatoes, minced meat, finely fried garlic, fried onions, spring onions, celery, salt, pepper, and broth. Stir until dough is flat.
Heat plenty of oil. While waiting, shape and compact the batter dough to be round flat.Dip the bundles one by one into the shuffled coating material.Fry the cakes in hot oil until cooked and turn brown. Lift and drain.Ready to be served.
Tips
Meat size can be equated with the dose of potatoes to taste more delicious.
