How do you like your fish/meat to be? Fried,Barbecue or steamed? Having tried all three lately, I would go with steamed fish/meat. In my perception it's just a lot safer from the other two, since frying adds a lot of oil and cooking it over coal isn't healthy most of the times either, whereas steamed meat is a lot easier to be consumed and healthier in comparison. I have previously posted about fish barbecue whoch was delicious but tried steamed fish earlier and loved it even more. Not a chef or a doctor to say a lot but here's a picture of what we had and it tasted better.
Garnisheh with lemon and seeds, it came with oven baked bread, mint chutney, prunes chutney and their famous brown sugar tea at end.

It looks so appetizing :) I love fish more than meat:) and I love cooking it in different ways. I can be difficult to decide and to choose one or the other, heh
True, fish over other meat anyway and a different style of cooking everytime, I am a chef of my own lol ( only sandwiches) :D
Either grilled, or wind dried my friend! We hardly ever use oil and when we have to, we use virgin olive oil!

Howdy there hananali! It's hard to believe that steamed fish tasted better than grilled fish but it must be true. Are you sure it wasn't STEEMED fish? That would make more sense!
I don't know what makes more sense but I certainly know that you surely do make a lot of sense so yes it might be grilled and STEEMED at the same time lol
Hananali! Well, I would say whatever tastes the best but I suppose it's wise to eat the healthiest way! But any kind of fish tastes best with white wine!
Not sure about the wine but yes fish tastes good, just not the fried one, yes that tastes good too but too much of oil is not healthy so, yeah.

oh I don't know hananali, I assume that was from so many wedding feasts! Have you ever looked at the Keto diet? It has a person eating alot of healthy fats and they lose weight on it.
