having a tough time. His experience with Bitshares is not uncommon. That platform is known for being rather complex. Fortunately, for those of us hodling Bitshares, there are some developers working on designing an interface that is easier to use.
Even on STEEM, we see the comments about how this place it too complicated. Many feel the interface is not easy to use. I tend to agree with that assessment although if one just looked at Facebook for the first time, that isn't the easiest site in the world either.
I am a firm believer that the masses are on their way. The state of the cryptocurrency and blockchain world is consistent. For the last 6 months, the prices went down then channeled sideways. This might continue for a while longer.
What has shot up is the development. Since the first of the year, we saw development go through the roof. Just look at the number of projects on STEEM versus where we were at the end of the year.
I believe we are going to see a run in the second half of the year as the big elephant, Wall Street, is going to arrive. The run in 2017 was almost all retail money. We are going to see a different story this time. Wall Street entities are setting up trading desks and funds are being designed to start accepting.
