Main ingredients
20 beans (clean, sliced iris)
150 g tempe diced (fry for a while)
1 large red chilli, sliced slices
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 grains of shallot, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
50 ml of water
oil for sauteing
How to Make Sautéed Bean Tempeh
Heat oil, garlic, saute red onion, and big red pepper until fragrant. Add the stirred beans. Enter the tempeh, stirring and then give sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt and sugar.
Stir well, add water, cook until mendididh and ripe. Lift, stir-fry beans ready to serve tempe.
