Step
- Peanut Seasoning: Mix all ingredients in blender, then process until smooth. Set aside with other cocolan sauce.
- In the pan, boil water and boil the mussels for 5 minutes until the shell is open. Remove and drain the shells and dispose of the water.
- In the pan, boil water again with onions, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves and salt.

Tips
- When buying shellfish, choose a shell that is still closed, not slimy, and no fishy smell. Even if the shell is open, make sure the contents / meat shells are still fresh.
2.Clean shells under running water until the dirt outside and inside the shell shells can carry water. If necessary, brush the shell slowly when washed.
