Rebus ketupat dalam air selama 3,5 jam, hingga air menguap/"asat". Awalnya, semua ketupat harus terendam air yaa
Selanjutnya kukus ketupat selama 1/2 jam agar ketupat tahan lama
Setelah itu angkat dari panci kukus dan angin2kan
Ketupat siap dihidangkan dg lodeh pepaya atau soto.
