buah sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencukupi asupan gizi tubuh kita, dalam buah banyak mengandung vitamin,serat yang sangat penting untuk tubuh, serat mampu melancarkan proses pencernaan kita. jadi jangan sungkan-sungkan mengonsumsi buah, untuk mengawali hidup sehat bisa kita mulai dari hal kecil yaitu mengkonsumsi buah-buahan.
