Today Im having difficulty in doing backbend poses. Due to 1.5 years back, I suffered an injured at my back as it hit by the water tap. 6 months Afterwards, I tried to heal myself since the incident.
6months of happening and i had just realized I felt numb and pain between my buttocks and my calf whenever I sat for long period. As that moment too I was having yoga teacher training program, soon I took a treat on it. Therefore I had to minimize my yoga activity frequency, especially in doing backbend pose. Since then, Im experiencing difficulty of backbend poses. Yet I have great desire to recover and regain my body flexibility in having intriguing backbend poses.
