Bahan-bahan diperlukan:
500 gram daging
2 Ulas bawang putih (Ditumbuk halus)
1 inci halia (Ditumbuk halus)
2 batang serai (Ditumbuk halus)
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu teh jintan putih
1 sudu teh saos lada hitam
Garam secukup.
Cara menyediakan dan memasak:
Potong daging lebar dan nipis. Basuh dan tuskan. Ketukkan
daging supaya bahan perap mudah meresap apabila
digaulkan
Gaulkan semua bahan dan perapkan selama 1 jam. (Lebih
lama lebih berperisa)
Bakar daging dengan pemanggang sehingga nampak
garing.
Hidangkan bersama air asam ataupun saos lada hitam dan
sayuran.
