Me nothing really special aside from I was busy in the kitchen earlier experementing after going to the gym.
While I was in the gym, I remember that guy who told me that threadmills were invented to punish the prisoners and I actually share that story here recently.
The climbmax steeper machine is finally fixed and so I used it.
It’s my first time to made spicy tomato ketchup from the ingredients that’s only available in my kitchen. It’s for the roasted spicy ribs for our dinner and it actually turns out good. I like it when I experement something and the outcome turns out good.
I made bacon vege fried rice from the left over rice last night and our Saturday dinner is solved 😃. (Thank you lord, amen 🙏🏼)
I’ll definitely gonna make a recipe post of this next time.

I remember reading quite a few years ago that the original concept of a treadmill was a torture device and I have never liked them since then LOL
