RESEP Mie Goreng Jawa / Javanese Fried Noodles
Java Mie Goreng Recipe
Material:
500g Yellow Noodles
4 chicken eggs
Chicken meat to taste boiled and bewitched
Cabbage vegetables thinly sliced according to taste
Leaves of onion and celery iris2 coarse
1 pcs of cut tomatoes 8 parts
2-3sdm of sweet soy sauce
1sdt of fish sauce

Way:

- After cooked eggs enter chicken meat, stir-fry briefly, add cabbage and stir fry until slightly wilted. - Add noodles, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt n chicken broth, mix well and correct the taste. Fried noodles.
If mature enough blm noodles may be added a little hot water. - Put tomatoes, white pepper, bwg leaves, celery leaves stir well about 1menitan. Lift sprinkle fried onions over noodles and ready to serve.
