leather material:
125 grams of butter
125 grams of margarine
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons milk powder
100 grams of cornstarch
250-300 gram blue key
mix all ingredients, knead until ga nempel hand. then printed printed ring. bake until cooked. set aside.

vanilla filling:
240 ml of UHt milk
15 grams of flour
15 grams of cornstarch
2 egg yolks
75 grams of butter
100gram sugar
vanilla
warm the milk set aside. mix sugar and eggs mix well, add flour, corn, 1/2 volume of milk. stir until flat not bergrindil.
heat it with a mixture of small flame while adding 1/2 of the remaining milk until it bursts. added vanilla then added butter stir well. .

chocolate filling:
50 grams of whipped cream
75 grams DCC shrink
warm whipped cream, then add DCC. stir until the DCC is melted. .

caramel filling.
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 whiped cream
butter
salt
5 tbs water
heat the sugar to form caramel, then aga foaming, added whiped cream, salt and butter. stir until all the soluble ingredients (I add water yes ..) fill all the stuffing into the skin tart.
