Bahan Sate:
Daging ayam fillet
Garam
Jeruk limau 2 buah (bs ganti lemon)
Tusuk sate 50 buah.
Bahan Bumbu Kacang:
Kacang tanah 250 gram, goreng
Bawang putih 6 siung
Bawang merah 8 siung
Cabe merah 4 buah
Air 500 ml
Daun jeruk 3 lembar
Garam gula secukupnya
Kecap manis 100 ml.
Bahan Pelengkap:
Lontong atau ketupat
Kecap manis
Bawang goreng.
Cara Membuat:
- Potong daging ayam bentuk dadu, lalu tusuk-tusuk dgn tusuk sate dan lakukan hingga habis, sisihkan.
- Haluskan semua bahan bumbu kacang kecuali kecap, daun jeruk dan air hingga lembut, lalu campur dgn kecap, air, daun jeruk dan masak hingga berminyak dan matang, angkat.
- Lumuri sate ayam dgn bumbu kacang hingga permukaannya rata.
- Bakar sate hingga matang sambil dibolak-balik dan dilumuri sisa bumbu kacang, angkat.
- Sajikan sate ayam dgn bumbu kacang, jeruk limau dan lontong dan pelengkap lainnya.
