A pleasant dream I had

While reading a story, I fell asleep last night. In my dream, I found myself on a sandy shore of a fine beach. I was together with my parents. I gazed at the blue sea and its silvery waves rollling towards the shore. They hit the rocks near me making splashes of water. That made my hair wet. Soon, I rose up to run to meet the waves.

I ran along the shore and played inthe tide. I saw my mother watching at me. After a while I saw some children were playing in the tide like me. I ran towares them. In my ears, the beach was noisy with laughters, shouts and calls of the children. Now, they became my friends. They were my play-mates. A few of them had car tubes to play and float on the waves. They did not ask me my name and neither did I. We knew only to play. We dipped our bodies in the shallow water. It was not long. They all disappeared. I called for them aloud. But I heard no answer.

I was alone in water. I ran to and fro merrily along the beach. A cool sea breeze met me. I felt cold. I knew I was thoroughly wet. Soon I shivered and remembered my mother. She was talking to my father. I ran towards them. Mother dressed me warm clothes. She gave me a cup of hot coffee. Then she embraced me. Then I woke yp. My mother asked me why I was laughing in my sleep. I told her about my pleasant dream. I never forget such a pleasant dream.
